By creating an account or using ChessReady, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
ChessReady is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access the service via automated means other than the official API.
Your content
You retain ownership of the chess games and repertoire data you upload. By uploading content, you grant ChessReady a licence to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes.
Limitation of liability
ChessReady is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
